Easy Return / Exchange Policy

Regular price and promo items: Unworn, undamaged merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the purchase.  If you are still unsatisfied with your purchase, we will offer an exchange or store credit for up to 14 days of receipt of your purchase.  

Sale and clearance items: are final sale, however if you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will allow you to exchange or receive store credit only within 7 days of receiving your items.

Dolce Cabo Price Adjustment Policy

Dolce Cabo is happy to offer you a price adjustment* based on the following conditions:

  • Price adjustments for merchandise can only be made within 48 hours of your purchase.  You must contact our customer service via email or phone within 48 hours of your purchase to request a price adjustment.
  • You must present us with the discount / promo code that applies to the price adjustment you are requesting.
  • The item was regular price.
  • The item is not a Clearance markdown.
  • The item was not purchased with any other discount or promo code.
  • We only offer the refund adjustment as a store credit ONLY for the price difference amount.

Holiday Return Policy

Any gift items purchased between Nov 23 - Dec 24, 2018 can be returned for store credit or exchanged for other merchandise. You can request for store credit or exchanged up until Jan 7, 2019.
