Unworn, undamaged merchandise may be exchanged up to 14 days after receiving purchase. You can exchange for something else or a store credit. Contact us for more information.
Dolce Cabo Price Adjustment Policy
Dolce Cabo is happy to offer you a price adjustment* based on the following conditions:
- Price adjustments for merchandise can only be made within 48 hours of your purchase. You must contact our customer service via email or phone within 48 hours of your purchase to request a price adjustment.
- You must present us with the discount / promo code that applies to the price adjustment you are requesting.
- The item was regular price.
- The item is not a Clearance markdown.
- The item was not purchased with any other discount or promo code.
- We only offer the refund adjustment as a store credit ONLY for the price difference amount.

Holiday Return Policy
Any gift items purchased between Nov 23 - Dec 24, 2017 can be returned for store credit or exchanged for other merchandise. You can request for store credit or exchanged up until Jan 7, 2018.
